Belle da Costa Greene: A Librarian's Legacy Set of 10 Postcards

Belle da Costa Greene, librarian and the first director of the Morgan Library, is celebrated and her life's work is explored in-depth through the museum's newest exhibition Belle da Costa Greene: A Librarian's Legacy. 

To complement the facets of Greene represented in the exhibition, this postcard set features 10 images that show varying portraits, artworks from her personal collection, major acquisitions she made for the Morgan's collection, and even a magazine illustration of her at auction. One image even shows a small bookshelf with several of her favorite literature and poetry titles from her personal collection or that she had written about in letters that she adored reading.
