The Morgan Shop operates our online shop with a small team and strives to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
We aim to process orders within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) of purchase. After our internal processing time, please allow for up to 10 business days to receive your package from the shipping carrier. Times will vary by your shipping choice at checkout. The Morgan Shop does not guarantee the shipping estimates provided by carrier that the customer has chosen at checkout.
Going green! When possible, our orders are packaged with recycled shipping materials.
Domestic Shipping Carrier Information:
The Morgan Shop uses both United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) as our domestic (USA) shipping carriers.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated automatically by carrier factoring the total weight of your items and their destination.
Our online store will calculate your shipping options based on your order's weight and destination allowing you to choose from USPS options or UPS Ground. Orders that reach certain weight or destination thresholds may only provide you with UPS as a shipping option.
If you choose UPS as your carrier at checkout you must provide a full address for delivery. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We are currently unable to provide any expedited shipping services.
In Store Pickup
The Morgan Shop online currently offers in store pickup!
Simply select Pickup in store at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready within 2-4 business days, often sooner than that. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready.
Pickup is available during open hours in The Morgan Shop located inside the Morgan Library & Museum at 225 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016. Bring your order confirmation with you.
International Shipping Information:
The Morgan Shop online currently offers international shipping through United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail International and First Class Package International delivered via DHL. We also offer shipping through DHL directly via DHL ecommerce Parcel Direct which has an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 business days as well as DHL Express Worldwide which has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. NOTE: All estimated delivery times do not include the 2-3 business days for fulfillment and pickup.

Duties and Taxes are calculated and collected from your country of import through our online store at checkout. Tax is charged by your country, not the U.S., on both product and shipping costs for all EU and Canadian orders. We have made the checkout process easier for you by collecting it in advance. You should not incur any additional costs for your purchase upon receipt of delivery.
