We want you to be delighted with your purchase or gift from The Morgan Shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for replacement or refund within 30 days from receipt of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. 

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and retain all original packaging.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from your receipt of delivery.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please DO NOT mail any merchandise back to The Morgan Shop without contacting us first. 

Perishable goods, such as food or tea, cannot be returned. 

Only regular-priced items may be returned and refunded. All Sale merchandise is final. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your order confirmation number.

How to Ship Your Return

Please make sure you have contacted us prior to shipping your return. 

Shipping charges are not refundable from your original order. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to return items.

Include a copy of the packing slip, confirmation order or receipt in your return package. 

Return the package via ground service with delivery confirmation. Please obtain a tracking number from your shipper as lost shipments are the responsibility of the sender. If you are shipping an item over $75 for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Online customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. You should see a refund through your original payment method within 4-5 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund for an approved return within 4-5 business days, please reach out to your origin of payment for information on any pending credits to your account. 

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for different merchandise. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item due to damage or defect, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

 

Gift Purchases

If you are the recipient of a gift purchased online and shipped directly to you, unfortunately we cannot offer any returns, refunds or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us so that we can determine a replacement shipment for you.
