Written as a treatise concerning agriculture as a whole during the fourteenth century, this manuscript was completed in Bruges, Belgium ca. 1470. The artist, Master of Fitzwilliam, illustrated this particular piece with the author, Pietro de Crescenzi, gesturing to others while working in an herb garden.
